Can not Type Vietnamese Accents Correctly in QuarkXPress 4.x in Windows 2000

Step-by-step Guide:

Run NOTEPAD or any Text Editor to open file "vni.ini" (in Win2000 or WINNT folder)
I/ Locate section [SpecCode32]

1. Edit line from "QuarkXPress=2" to QuarkXPress=34
2. Select "File then Save"
Example:

[SpecCode32]
Microsoft Publisher=32
Cardfile=4
CompuServe=4
ClarisWorks=2
Excel=4
Labels Unlimited=2
QuarkXPress=34
WordPad=4
Write=4
Microsoft Works=64
Printshop Deluxe=2

Note: QuarkXPRess=34 should work OK with Windows 2000. If it still does not work with "=34" then you can start any number of:
=1,= 2, =4, =8, =16, or =64
